Restructure California

Elaine Culotti, renowned entrepreneur, designer, sustainable farmer, and former star of Discovery+ reality series “Undercover Billionaire,” has recently turned her focus toward addressing California's escalating wildfire crisis. In the aftermath of the devastating Palisades and Eaton Canyon fires

Culotti has been vocal about the systemic failures in forest management, water
infrastructure, and disaster preparedness. Leveraging her extensive background in construction and development, she advocates for practical, community-driven solutions to enhance resilience against such disasters. Her initiatives include streamlining rebuilding permits for fire victims and proposing the use of rail systems to expedite debris removal from affected areas.

Through her platform, Lipstick Farmer, Culotti continues to champion sustainable practices and community empowerment in the face of environmental challenges.
Elaine Culotti grew up traveling across Europe, drawing inspiration from German castles, English farmhouses, and Renaissance towns in Italy—a childhood that shaped her bold sense of style and drama. Over 15 years ago, she launched a business importing antiques and textiles, which evolved into her own design firm, retail store, and manufacturing facility. Among her most notable projects is Santa Monica’s House of Rock, which she transformed into a luxury event space. Culotti also owns the 40-acre Big Z Ranch in Fallbrook, where she grows everything from palm trees to produce. Passionate about food and sustainability, she collaborates with local farmers to help deliver fresh goods directly to consumers, bypassing big-box middlemen.
With only 90-days and nothing but 100 bucks in their pockets, they will put one million dollars on the line to go undercover and build a thriving million-dollar business for a small town in the US. What might be daunting to most is a challenge happily accepted by Elaine Culotti. In an ‘art imitating life’ experience, Culotti’s own mother was an orphan who was put out on the streets at the age of 18 with only $100 to survive. Culotti harnesses her mother’s resilience and moves forward in the challenge with her own intense determination, no visible fear of failure, and an uncanny ability to get her way.

The American dream is still alive, and this time, three self-made entrepreneurs have set out to prove it. Each of “Undercover Billionaire’s” three tycoons will once again start from scratch to prove you don’t need anything but drive and good people to build something big.
